This is not a heartbreaker.
I default to g20 for pickup games, but I keep missing certain house rules. This will be my default going forward (living document, obvs). The jar is there to contain the scope. (easy to share, read, remember)
The only "new" idea is the partial offloading of encounter and morale rolls to the players. Ideally this makes my life easier by reminding everyone that the rules exist and are fun to interact with. (fortune should probably give bonus xp)
I can already see bits I need to fix- I'll try to wait until I play with them before tinkering more
The reading and swimming opt out rules are very cute! I like it
